Carnival of Overdue Thanks
I have been using Amazon Prime since its inception, and highly recommend it. For us, it pays for itself in just the shipping fees for the birthday gifts we send to my nephews and nieces.
It only looks easy.

שבת שלום is "Shabbat Shalom".
Shabbat means "sabbath" or "Saturday", and shalom means (in this context) "peaceful."
She's just wishing you a peaceful sabbath, or the rough equivalent of "have a good weekend."
