(Here's a quick, easy, no-mess, no-fat desert that doesn't heat up the whole kitchen:
Chocolate Covered Strawberries- Melt chocolate chips in glass bowl, in the microwave.
- Dip washed, dried strawberries, swirling to coat.
- Place the strawberries on a cookie sheet that is loosely covered with aluminum foil.
- Refrigerate for a minimum of 15 minutes. The foil will not stick to the hardened chocolate, and it will be very easy to remove the chocolate covered strawberries from the foil at serving time.
