[Virtual Challah Lesson] Shaping Rolls
Separate into 10-12 parts
Roll into a thin "snake"
Tie in a single knot
Tuck in the ends to secure
After shaping, set them aside to rise.
Can use the plastic wrap from before - it is already conveniently pre-greased!
After rising, ready to bake

Thank you. I just made Challah bread for the first time (from the ATK baking book), and wanted to know how to shape the rolls I have gotten from the grocery store.
