These are great! Have you ever posted a list of all those last-minute things to do before Shabbat (like turn off fridge light, or set up candles)? If not, I will be happy to share my list if you want. It saves me every week from forgetting some crucial item.
One indulgence of mine in the kitchen is a double oven --one for meat and one for baking parve and dairy. I try to schedule things so that I don't have both on at the same time, but if I'm short on time, I can bake a cake in one and a chicken in the other simultaneously.

ReplyDeleteI do something very similar, although handmade and simpler (shape dough, bake dough), as I only make up to 3-4 kilo of dough at once.....
